Abstract: The basic way to protect public interest and citizen interest is to check and supervise the administrative power. The article mainly observes the check and supervision over the administrative power from the view of administrative license. The article firstly analyses the concept, nature and problem of the system of the administrative license, then analyses the check and supervision over the administrative power.
