Abstract: The evolution of the development view has experienced three stages: economy-ascending developing view, human-centered comprehensive developing view, and sustainable developing view. While the scientific developing view which was proposed on the Third Assembly of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC is the further development and innovation of the tradition one.
