Abstract: There are two important theories of the disposal of state power that have exerted important influences on the recent and modern history of the world. Scientific disposal of state power is needed in order to build socialist politic civilization. The features of the evolution of the disposal of the state power in our country have been very different in the different stages of our country's development, and these features give us a lot of enlightenments.
