Abstract: In the structure “adverbs of degree +you(有)+NP” not all adverbs of degree can modify the structure “you(有)+NP”, This paper discusses the restrictive factors in the structure “adverbs of degree +you(有) +NP”,which involves several factors : semantics of “you(有)+NP”and noun , positive and negative , appearance of measure words , omission of comparative element , auxiliary of tense , syntactic position.
