高师公共教育类课程增设情商培养内容的思考

On cultivating emotional intelligence in pedagogics teaching

  • 摘要: 在高师院校,大学生缺乏必要的人际交往能力和社会适应能力已成为较普遍现象,原因之一是课程设置问题。在公共教育类课程中增设情商培养内容是改变这一现状的重要方法和手段。培养途径有三个方面:一是增设情感认知的情绪调控内容;二是重视道德情感和审美情感的培养;三是以实践活动课教学培养高师生的情商能力。

     

    Abstract: Pedagology a public curriculium in higher normal college has been a conflict of opinions recently. As a result, teachers are growingly tired of teaching and students are tired of learning. This condition will continue to exist unless we reform the contents of the Pedagology curriculium and reform the traditional teaching pattern.
