Abstract: DENG Xiao-ping's outlook of political development is an indispensable component of DENG Xiao-ping Theory. His new interpretation of the connotation of socialist politics as well as his series of interpretation of political development lay down the foundation to understand the scientific connotation of socialist politics, prompt theoretically and practically the politics transformation and political development of China today, and construct the political civilization of China today.
