Abstract: Local protectionism uiolatcs the consolidation of the law system, impairs the authority of the central government, enlarges the imbalances between different regions, jeopardizes the stability of our society, breaches the public spirit and positive image of the government, and gives rise to corruption and exchange between power and money. Political impacts of Local Protectionism must be paid suffecient attention. If Local Protectionism wasn't restricted, local government would produce politic alienation.
