Abstract: The faculty of perceiving other people's emotion is a sort of important connotation of the emotional intellect.This article exploring the emotional intellect , based on the theory of the nine factors in emotional intellect , presents a comprehensive research containing the theoretical research and the practical application from the connotation of the faculty of perceiving other people's emotion , influential factors , basic ways and so on .
