  • 摘要: 高校师资队伍建设实行"人本管理"具有理论和实际意义。知己知彼,达成共识以及合理定位是其基础;方向一致,目标趋同与建立系统的目标体系是其前提;制度建设、环境塑造及其内涵中融入的人性化是其外因;选贤、用能、育人、留才与实行分类管理是其主要内容;实现学校目标与教师目标"双赢",进而实现社会、学校与教师的多方协调和可持续发展是其最终目的。
