Abstract: Manufacturing industry plays a key role in the process of realization of neo-ind ustridustrialization. To speed up the pace of our natios industrialization, we must carry out a reform on Chinese manufacturing industry: to adjust and optimize the structure of manufacturing industry, to arm manufacturing industry with high and new technology, to step on the path of sustainable development and implement human resources exploitation strategic innovations.
