Abstract: The reason for many misused characters in different journals is due to the poor character distinguishing ability of the editors.In order to improve the ability to distinguish character,the editors should follow four principles:distinguishing the pronunciation,distinguishing the shapes and the strokes,distinguishing the meaning,and distinguishing the forms.
