摘要: 教师教育一体化是当今教师教育发展的基本走向。文章在分析现行高师师资培训局限性的基础上,借鉴校本培训的理念、成果,尝试建立高师院校的"双向校本师生培训模式",并对其理念、运作以及支持系统等问题进行了研究和实验。Abstract: Synthesis of teacher education is a basic direction in teacher education.The artile analyses the weakness of teacher training in higher normal institutions,uses and achievements of compus-based training,trys to establish a model of double-direction training for compus-based teachers and students in higher normal institutions,and research its target,operation and supporting systems.
