Abstract:
Fictitious capital is a kind of capital independent of entity capital, existing in the form of bonds with price, and gaining some incomes for its holder. The connotation and denotation of fictitious capital have been enlarged in modern times. The fictitious capital has its unique operation mode. Its value growth can produce enormous impacts on entity capital, national assets, national income and its distribution. Its pricing method is also different from that of other commodities and capitals.
