Abstract: Criminal law refers to the law which prescribes crimes and its responsibities.The nature should be based on the law nature and the nature of the criminal norm.Criminal norm is the norm of conduct and punishable norm,the prohibitive norm and commanding norm,the assumptional norm and evaluating norm,the sanctional norm and judicial norm.Criminal law retains the nature of ethical law,written law,public law,material law,compulsory law,aomestic law,and criminal law.
