企业员工工作压力相关因素研究

A study on the the factors causing enterprise staff’s job stross

  • 摘要: 对300名企业员工进行的预调查研究,得出了企业员工认为影响工作压力的30个因素,在此基础上编制了正式的调查表,以贵阳市的500名企业员工为调查对象,要求他们对各因素的重要性进行评分。结果显示,企业员工认为影响工作压力的因素是组织、群体、个体和社会四个方面,认为目前的工作压力主要是竞争加剧、低适应性、低文化素质、机构调整和技术变化等,而性别、年龄和学历等因素对企业员工的工作压力影响也十分显著。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of a pre-research on 300 enterprise staff, we found 30 factors affecting job stress. Then, we make a formal questionnaire for 464 staff to grade the 30 factors.
