Abstract: This essay says the Theory of Communicative Action of Habermas is only a philosophical hypothesis on the motive force of the development of society ,which is also a kind of the mild and gentle advice given for the capitalist society to help diagnose and cure its diseases and relax its conflicts only by means of theoretical fancy.Neverthelass,this essay also shows us its inspiration.
