论教学过程的和谐性

On the harmony in the teaching process

  • 摘要: 教学过程最优化理论在20世纪70年代提出以后,受到了教育理论界的高度重视,许多教育实践工作者也在不断地探索。文章在运用系统论原理对教学过程进行分析的基础上,从教学理论和实践方面对教学过程各要素之间的关系进行了论述,力求使教学过程诸要素之间以及教学过程与教学环境之间始终处于一种协调、平衡的状态,以追求和谐教学的效果,从而提高教学质量,减轻学生负担,使学生得到全面和谐的发展。
