摘要: 依据高等教育的特点,大学生创新素质教育应建立以获取特定专业知识为基础,以培养实践能力为重点,以发展创新能力为核心和以提高综合素质为目标的教育体系。包括创新教育、创新主体、创新意识、创新环境、创新实践等因素,通过各因素相互作用,培养大学生思想素质、文化素质、身心素质、业务素质。

Abstract: Theoretical exploration of creative and quality education of college students is a guide to carry out the creative and quality education on college students.Beginning with the innovation of the education,the author conducts an exploration on the system of culture and education of creative talents.
