摘要: 增强高校干部教育培训工作的实效性,必须坚持教育培训为高校干部人力资源开发服务的指导思想,找准高校干部教育培训的目标和方向;必须确立现代教育培训新理念,建立全员培训、全面培训和全程培训的"三全"培训体系;必须坚持"内训"和"外训"相结合,在教育培训的方式、方法上求针、求活、求多样;必须抓关键,抓根本,在教育培训的制度建设上求全、求严、求落实。

Abstract: To promote the efficiency of cadre training in universities we must persist in the policy serving human resource developmat,establish divection and aim and modern idea of training,build the system of allround,entire process and allmember training,and diversify the ways of training.
