Abstract: There are abundant ecotourism resources in He Nan. ecotourism will be the new economic increase point in Henan tourism. Making innovations and programs and proper sequence in founding items; founding the appraisal system of ecologic targets; strengthening legislation; developing ecotourism education for all people to enhance to their idea of environmental protection.
