Abstract: On the basis of the management of the national property with the corporation structure and the restructure of the national property right,a new framework of the property right structure of the state enterprises should be promptly structured with "a main status of the state crporation ownership of stocks,an important role of social capitals and a small share of staff workers to remake the workers right system"to solve once and for all the common problem of the property right of the state enterprises.
