Abstract: The thinking orientation of dualistic antinomy between utilitarian values and virtue values of the virtueutilitarianism is also hurting people's hardworkedspirits as yet. For this sake, we should transcend the thinking orientation of virtueutilitarianism, and format the time hardworkedspirits basing on the value pursuing and centering round the vocational obligations. 
