Abstract: In the new historical period,we must speed up the constrnction of village organizations with the party branch as a core,promote the quality of party menbers and cadres,improve leeding and working methods,strengthen out responsibilities of all organizations,establish regulations and harmonize the relations between orgshizations in villages.
