Abstract: Self examination is not only a theroy,but also an intemal consciousness,and it's a way of thinking demanding long persistance and gradual improement,too.So Chinese teacher should strengthen the consciousness of self examination voluntarily from the aspect of his self improvement to promote the effectiveness of Chinese teaching by using self examination to improve the thoughts the ways and the activities of Chinese teaching.
