摘要: 建国以来我国中央与地方的经济关系在改革开放前基本处于放权、收权的摸索过程中。改革开放后,中央与地方的经济关系总的来说是分权趋势,而且不断规范化、科学化。要规范我国中央与地方的经济关系,必须科学划分中央与地方政府的经济职能,进一步完善分税制,改革政企关系等等。
