张嘉璈与近代国货运动

ZHANG Jia-ao and the modern movement of buying commodities made in China.

摘要: 近代中国国货运动是20世纪初以振兴民族经济为目的的一种进步的社会运动。该运动自辛亥革命时期产生,此后虽逐步发展,但始终未形成全国性的运动。直到30年代,以张嘉王敖为总经理的中国银行通过组织国货产销机构,建立国货产销网,并直接为国货企业和铁路建设提供资金融通的方式,积极支持国货运动,使国货运动达到高潮。

Abstract: In the early of the 20th century,the modern movement of buying commodities made in China was a advance social movement to promote the national economy.It appeared during the 1911 Revolution.Although it developed gradually,it did not extend influence all over the country.Under the leading of ZHANG Jiaao,the Bank of China supported the Movement through setting up the producing and selling organization,supplying financial support,providing loans for railway.
