摘要: 两重市场困难,导致农产品供给必须由过去的侧重数量方面转变到侧重质量方面,并内在地要求以统一的标准开拓统一的市场。这种统一标准的实施,会在两个层次上直接影响农产品的市场开拓:首先,在初级产品层面上,会影响到初级产品的精选检验,控制直接消费的初级品的质量,促进农产品初级市场的精品化发展;其次,在产后加工层面上,会影响到食品产业的进一步工业化,导致农产品加工链延长,农业随工业发展而拓宽市场。由初级生产的特点所决定,开发初级产品市场和促进产后加工的过程,会为农业经济合作创造一定需求和便利条件,从而使各种形式的农业经济合作有所发展,其中,注重风险分担和风险补偿的合作,将会更有发展前途。

Abstract: The relationship between standardization and industrialization and agricultural cooperation was discussed in this paper.
