Abstract: The Socialist market economy can accelerate the construction of honest and clean government,in turn the construction of honest and clean government can advance the development of socialist market economy.They both supplement and complement each other. In the process of building the socialism of Chinese Characteristics,the relationship between them must be correctly handled,which demands us to prepare oruselves for both eventualities of them instead of stressing one aspect at the expense of another.
