Abstract: With the development of economic globalization, international operation becomes the inevitable choice for the survival and expansion of enterprises. In view of the cultural confusion, this paper puts up the concept of enterprise culture, pointing out that communication and understanding is the key to cultural integration, and polymerized culture is the ultimate goal of cultural integration.
