Abstract: The current trend in the teaching of foreign languages abroad is an eclectic integration which combines inductive with deductive nature. It has a great influence on English teaching methodology in China, which also adopts the eclectic method, mixing all schools together for our use. On the basis of that we gradually establish a set of English teaching methodology system with Chinese characteristics.
