Abstract: Market economy interacts with the all-round developing of man. On the one hand, the nature of market economy objectively needs the all-round development of man, supply it with motive force and material conditions or prerequisites,and at the same time restricts it .On the other hand, man will bring his latent energy into full play for maxumizing own profit, and try to bring about the all-round development, which is the foundation and guarantee of establishing orderly market economy.
