Abstract: Autonomous system in universities challenges moral education work and has brought about many new problems,such as affecting the leadership and management of moral education work,reduction of political workers in staff and lowering the position of"two courses".The important ways to strength and improve moral education work include strengthing supervision and evaluation of moral education work in universities,strictly examining qualities of teachers in higher education and establishing national courses.
