Abstract: Distribution according to the factors of production is an important mode of distribution in the present stage of China. Under conditions of socialist market economy, acknowledging and permitting it is beneficial not only to the productive force of socialism, but also to abolish exploitation and polarization, and to realize the fundamental objective of common wealth.
