Abstract: With more achievements attained on the poverty alleviation program for rural areas in China, there exist some undeniable problems as following: Region development strategy taking place of the poverty alleviation program, overemphasizing resources development ,wrong aid-target and low investment efficiency, etc. The basic measures to solve these problems are to put agriculture into market and to adjust the poverty alleviation strategy.
