Abstract: Traditional socialist political economics represented by the soviet Course of political Economics Socialist part has become more and more inharmonious with quick development of Chinese economy and has lost its power as a guide in the present economy.Therefore Chinese economics should be constructed based on the practical situation of the primary stage of Chinese socialism and directed by Marxist economical theory with the economic system in the primary stage of socialism as a core.
