Abstract: Information difference is unequal phenomena between the information transmission and reception in terms of verbal communication.It has two types:information redundance and information loss.Either encoding or decoding may cause the redundance and loss.Since positive and adverse effect exist in information difference simultaneously,we should make a valid adjustment according to the necessity of communicatinn.
