Abstract: People of Ability Selfish Departmentalism consider one's ability the only criterion to measure a person in present China and they also think that this kind of sense of value is the most reasonable one. The author thinks that the above-mentioned sense of value is actually the opinion of the utilitarian's. As a result, it is wrong . The contemporary Chinese university students should stick to Collectivism-Justice sense of value.
