Abstract: Hack has threatened the right to privacy in PC data with the development of Internet. It destroyed the security of one's communication in Internet and the data in computer. Moreover, it disturbed the peace of personal life.The dealing with hack, should be adjusted according to Civil Law as invading, Besides,adjusted by Penal Law and Administrative Law. I suggest making of an overall law to protect the data in computer.
