Abstract: There are plenty of political connotations of systematization of democracy. The essay analyzes it from three angles using the way of economic analysis: economic functions of democratic institutions are the basis ; the rule of increasing remuneration of institutions determines the first selection of institutions; efficacy of political organization is the foundation for democratic institutions of strengthen themselves and get resource.
