论中共三代领导人与西部开发战略的演变

Three generations of CPC leaders and the evolution of the strategy in Western Development

摘要: 西部地区的发展 ,是党的三代中央领导人长期关注和思考的问题。从 2 0世纪 5 0年代至 70年代 ,以毛泽东为核心的第一代中央领导集体提出均衡布局、平衡发展的战略思想 ;80年代 ,以邓小平为核心的第二代中央领导集体提出两个大局的战略构想 ;世纪之交 ,以江泽民为核心的第三代领导集体提出西部大开发的战略思想。这三种西部开发战略是不同历史条件的产物 ,各有其特点 ,都推进了西部地区的开发。

Abstract: The development of western China has been a question concerned by the three generations of China leaders.Between 1950s and 1970s,the first generation led by MAO Ze-dong put forward a strategy of even distribution and balance development.In 1980s,the second generation led by DENG Xiao-ping advanced an idea of "two plans".At the turn of the centuries the third generation led by JIANG Ze-min raised a new strategy of Western Development.
