Abstract: Higher education is a kind of social activity to train various talents with propessional skill,especially creative talents.It is a key link in promoting people's all round development,especially in creative consciousness and creative spirit.Higher education must gear for students' actual condition .We should change our educational thought and in accordance with different people and different situation train creative talents.
