Abstract: Foreign language teaching,as a linguistic teaching,can promote the development of students comprehensive ability. Quality education makes a requisition that an all round foreign language ability should be fostered in foreign language teaching.This paper makes a resarch into the embodiment of the growth rate of quality in linguistic teaching,foreign language abilities required by quality education and the approches for them to be fostered.
