摘要: 建国以来我国的高等教育管理体制由确立到改革 ,由传统的社会主义计划经济条件下的改革到新时期的拨乱反正 ,从适应社会主义商品经济的改革再到社会主义市场经济条件下的改革 ,走过了一段曲折的道路 ,既有失误的教训 ,也有成功的经验

Abstract: The administrative system reforms of higher education of new China since 1949 have been a tortuous way :from reform under the conditions of the traditional socialist planning economy to restoring order from chaos in the new period,and then from adapting to the socialist commodity economy to reform under the conditions of the socialist market economy. In historical process,it has experienced failures as well as successes.
