Abstract: This study uses symption seltf evaluation table scl 90 with 165 female teachers in universities as subjects.the result shows that female teachers in universities and collegcs of Henan Province have more problems than average in mental health,with problem subjects accounting for 29.1 percent the teachers are usually too sensitive to personal relations,depressed in mind and anxious.And the problems become more and more serious with age,especially among the teachers with higher academic records and lecturer...
