美国的反华政策与新中国“一边倒”的外交政策

摘要: 美国反华政策不断升级 ,是新中国决定实行“一边倒”对外政策的一个重要因素。“一边倒”的方针 ,其实质就是表明中国人民在国际斗争中坚持反对帝国主义的严正立场。它既不意味着中国政府不愿同美、英等资产阶级国家来往 ,也不意味着中国政府放弃独立自主 ,无原则地倒向苏联一边。“一边倒”作为一种结盟政策 ,在事实上对新中国从外交到经济都有一定的限制性。任何一项外交的政策的选择都不达到最佳的程度 ,而只能在两害相权取其轻的基础上 ,作出更合理的选择。“一边倒”外交政策正是如此

Abstract: Policy against China of USA becaming more and more intense was an important factor to make New China take a "one sided"policy,the essence of which was to keep its solemn stand against imperialism in international struggle.The policy did not mean that the Chinese government was not willing to have contact with US and UK,nor that the chinese government gave up its independence and relied on Soviet union."one sided"policy in some way had constained and affected the economy and foreign affairs of New China.An...
