摘要: 加快发展我国支柱产业 ,主要是由我国经济建设新阶段、社会需求结构的变化、改善贸易结构、提高国际竞争力以及支柱产业自身特点所提出的客观要求。我国支柱产业虽然已有较大发展 ,但从总体上看 ,目前支柱产业与其在国民经济中的主导地位和作用还不相称。其主要表现是 :企业规模偏小、技术水平较低、产品质量不高、国际竞争力不强等。为此 ,国家必须对发展支柱产业实施倾斜政策 ,积极拓宽资金和融资渠道 ,加快资本流动与重组 ,迅速扩大企业规模 ,加快技术进步 ,提高技术创新能力 ,以增强支柱产业的国际竞争力
