党群关系与中国共产党的兴衰

摘要: 中国共产党是中国的执政党 ,执政党的合法性并不在于执政党的地位本身 ,而在于执政党广泛的、坚固的群众基础。党同人民群众的关系是血与肉、鱼与水的关系。历史经验告诉我们 ,什么时候党群关系的状况良好 ,党的事业就兴旺发达 ,否则 ,党的事业就遭受挫折 ,甚至遭受失败。党群关系关乎中国共产党的兴衰。面对新世纪 ,党要把党群关系作为党的建设的晴雨表 ,按照江泽民同志“三个代表”的要求处理好党群关系 ,保证党的事业立于不败之地
