Abstract: The investigation shows the female scientific and technical workers hope to take consideration of the two of the double role expected by society and still reserve in their minds the traditional idea of “husband outside and wife inside”.Female scientific and technical workers highly respect their work but are troubled by the double role expectation by which their mental and physical health are affected.
