Abstract: Marxian theory of individual property emphasizes the direct unit between productivity and labourer,and considers people is the aim of socialism.This shows us that property reformation must put stress on the equation of people,modern property must be dynamic,market economy is the necessary pass of individual property,and the aim of property reformation is the development of productivity.
