Abstract: China has been drafting a new marriage and family law,and will revise a lot about statuated divorce causes.During the legislation,no fault divorce will be the trend.It has been estiblished in most states of U.S.A.Therefore,by anylysing the history and results of no fault divorce in America,the author studies the statuted divorce causes that will be set up in the future marriage and family law.
